happy easter everyone!

we had a wonderful little vacation in St. George this last weekend. we went down last wednesday night and stayed until sunday. a warner tradition that i love being a part of. the art's festival, shopping, swimming, fun in the sun...what more could you ask. thanks for letting us tag along..it was a great getaway!

my sis in law asked me to take some pictures of their little saylor...she got out of the NICU just 4 days ago and are home together as a family...what a happy day.

ella loves her books, more than her books she loves OUR books. we were at tj maxx a few days ago and bought her a "pocket guide to dogs". her very own doggie book. she loves it and feels so cool reading it, turning the pages, and pointing to all the pictures. and yes that is her picking her nose. this is something she discovered a few days ago and she keeps doing it. a new place to put things...i am not ready for this one.

birthday girl

we celebrated ella's first birthday last friday (the 15th). it was the funniest to watch her eat her very own cake. at first she just looked at it and barely touched it. it didn't take her long to figure the whole thing out!
