party fun

here's ella at her little friend emma's birthday party. she had so much fun swimming, making crafts, swinging on the tree swing...and of course, putting sand in her hair.

lately ella has been pretending that she is alyssa. she reminds me that i am grandma tami. we role play ALL-DAY-LONG!! just last night she threw a fit because it was 11:30 and she wouldn't go to bed because she was alyssa and HAD to do her homework!!! This picture is last week. she put on the backpack, necklace and started curling her hair. she said "hurry grandma tami we're going to be late, i have to go to school!".

chris was giving ella a bath, i heard them laughing and calling for me to come in...this is what i found. gotta love the fingers up her nose...she does that sometimes when she wants to be funny.

lunch with dad

a couple weeks ago we went downtown to get some great hotdogs. here are the kids sitting outside as we wait for dad to bring out the food. check out noah's growing hair! i think i need to buy some gel and start spiking it :)

make a wish

we went to the sacramento temple about a week ago. last time we were here ella was 5 months old and noah was not even thought of. it was so beautiful. ella and daddy had fun playing in the water fountain at a nearby park afterwards. a perfect summer evening.
